Get it out of your head and into a guide.

We watch how your best people do the work, then turn it into step-by-step guides, checklists and training your team can follow from a phone. New hires stop asking you everything.

How we price a deckANIMATED VIDEO · 1:40

The businesses, people and processes here are made up, to show the idea. Yours are written from how your team actually works, checked by you, and kept where your team already looks.

Every new hire learns it from you. Again.

How to price a job, open a site, handle a tenant move-in. It lives in your head, so every question comes to you, and every new person learns it a little differently.

A playbook your team will actually use.

  • We record your best person doing the job, ask the questions, and write down what they actually do, not what a manual says they should.

  • Each process with its steps, screenshots, who does what, and what to do when something goes sideways.

  • Site start-up, end of day, move-in inspections. Your crew ticks them off on site and the office sees it.

  • Short, custom motion graphic videos that explain a process, a tool or your safety rules. Easier to watch than a manual is to read.

  • Day one, week one, month one. New people know what to learn and in what order, without pulling you off the job.

  • When a tool or a process changes, the guide changes too. It can also feed a team assistant your crew can text with questions.

Written down first, then automated. Guides make every system we set up easier to run and hand over.

  1. Discovery call

20 minutes on which jobs cause the most questions, mistakes or training time.

  2. Capture and write

We record and interview your team, draft each guide, and refine it with you until it matches how you want the work done.

  3. Roll it out

Guides, checklists and videos go where your team already looks, and we keep them current as things change.

Questions, answered.

Where do the guides live?

Wherever your team already looks: Google Drive, Microsoft 365, Notion, or inside your job software. Checklists work on any phone.

How much of my time does it take?

Mostly a few recorded walkthroughs and a read-through of each draft. We do the writing.

What are the training videos like?

Short animated explainers made for your business: how a process works, how to use a tool, or what your safety rules are. Good for onboarding, and for anything people keep forgetting.

Which processes should we start with?

The ones that cost you the most when they go wrong, or that you explain the most often. We usually start with five to ten and build from there.
