Your software, set up right and kept that way.

We set up your current CRM and job software around how you actually work, or a new system if yours is holding you back. We connect it to the rest of your tools, automate the handoffs, then stay on to keep it running as the business grows.

The businesses and rules here are made up, to show the idea. Yours are set up in the tools you already use, around how your business actually runs, and you decide what gets checked, what runs on its own and what waits for you.

Leads in five places. Jobs in your head.

Calls in your phone, quotes in your email, job notes on paper, invoices in a spreadsheet. You might be paying for software that could handle all of it, but nobody had time to set it up properly. So the admin happens at night.

Built into the tools you already pay for.

  • Tell us a rule in plain words and we set it up in your software, so it gets checked every time instead of by you.

  • Every lead, quote and job in one view, from first call to final invoice.

  • A booked job schedules the crew and confirms with the customer. When it closes, the invoice and payment reminders go out.

  • Crew and subcontractors see only their own jobs, add photos and mark work done from site. The office sees it straight away.

  • New hire, new crew, new service? Send a message and we set up what changes, as part of your monthly plan.

  • We move your contacts and jobs in from spreadsheets or old software, connect your tools and show your team around.

This is what the rest runs on. Calls, follow-ups, invoices and campaigns all land here.

  1. Leak audit

We map how leads and jobs move through your business today, and where time slips away.

  2. Set up

We set up or clean up your CRM and job software, connect your tools, automate the handoffs and move your data in.

  3. We run it

Updates, fixes and questions from your team are handled. You get a monthly report.

Questions, answered.

Do I have to switch from what I use now?

No. If your current tools work, we set them up properly and connect them. We only replace what's getting in the way.

Which software do you work with?

Most of the CRMs, job and field service apps, accounting tools, email, calendars and phone systems small businesses use. If what you have is getting in the way, we help you choose and set up something better, including an ERP if you need inventory or purchasing.

What kind of admin can you automate?

Anything repetitive that follows the same steps: booking confirmations, crew scheduling, invoices and payment reminders, job updates and weekly reports. We find them during the leak audit.

What happens after setup?

Most clients keep us on a monthly plan. We look after what we set up, answer your team's questions, and add the next improvement when you're ready. We're local too, so we're happy to sit down in person.

Will my team actually use it?

We set it up around how your crew already works, keep it simple enough to use from a phone on site, and write a short guide for each part.

Like retyping quotes into the accounting app, chasing the same invoice three times, or texting crews tomorrow's schedule.
