Get paid without the awkward calls.

Friendly reminders go out before and after each invoice is due, from your email and your number, with a link to pay. They stop the moment the money lands.

THANKED

The businesses, people and messages here are made up, to show the idea. Your reminders go out from your own email and number, in wording you approve, and payments go straight to you through the tools you already use.

You did the work. Now you're chasing the money.

Invoices go out, then sit. Following up feels awkward, so it waits until the bill is a month old and you need the cash. Meanwhile you've already paid for materials and wages.

Reminders that get you paid and keep customers happy.

  • A heads-up a few days before, a nudge on the day, and polite follow-ups after. You choose the timing.

  • Card or bank transfer from their phone, through the payment tools you already use. No cheque to chase.

  • Gentle for your regulars, firmer for repeat late payers. Every message is one you approved.

  • Deposit requests, progress draws and holdback release dates go on a schedule, so nothing gets forgotten on long jobs.

  • Each reminder checks your accounting first. Once an invoice is paid, the reminders stop and the customer gets a thank-you.

  • One short list each week: what's due, what's late, and what came in.

Every booked job ends with an invoice. This makes sure it gets paid, and the paid job goes back into your CRM.

  1. Discovery call

20 minutes on how you invoice today, which tools you use, and where payments get stuck.

  2. Set up

We connect your accounting or job software, write the reminders with you, add pay links, and put deposits and draws on a schedule.

  3. We run it

We check that reminders send and stop when they should. You get a monthly report on how long invoices take to get paid.

Questions, answered.

Who sends the reminders?

You do. They go out from your business email and number, under your name, using wording you approve. We set it up and keep it running, and the money goes straight to you.

Will it annoy my customers?

It's polite and spaced out, and it stops as soon as an invoice is paid. Your best customers get the gentlest version, and you can pause it for anyone, any time.

What if they already paid?

Each reminder checks your accounting before it sends. If a payment is recorded, the reminder is skipped and a thank-you goes out instead.

Does it work with my accounting software?

Yes. It works with the accounting and job software you already use, and if you don't have any yet, we can set up something simple. We confirm yours on the discovery call.
