Hi Linda, it's Mike from Summit. It's been a year since your new roof went on, and we like to check every roof before its second winter. Want us to swing by?

Added to your calendar and CRM

The businesses, people and messages here are made up, to show the idea. Only contacts you're allowed to message are included, every message says who it's from and has a way to opt out, and replies come back to you.

Waiting for the phone to ring isn't a plan.

Referrals come in waves. Past customers forget about you, quotes go cold, and there's no time to find new work on top of doing the work. So none of it happens.

after a purchase, Canada's anti-spam law still lets you message a past customer. Recent enquiries get six months.Source: Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), implied consent

More work from the people you know, and the ones you don't yet.

  • We pull contacts from your phone, email, CRM and old spreadsheets, remove the duplicates, and check who you're allowed to message.

  • "It's been a year since your new roof" beats "Dear valued customer". Every message mentions what you did for them and when.

  • Furnace checks before winter, gutters in the fall, warranty check-ins on the anniversary. Timed to when people actually need you.

  • We search directories, maps, permits and company websites for prospects that look like your best customers, and check every contact before anyone hears from you.

  • Interested replies get answered and booked into your calendar. Anything tricky comes to you with the history attached.

  • Replies, bookings and the jobs that came from them, in one short report.

  1. Discovery call

20 minutes on who's in your list, who your best customers are, and what you'd like more of.

  2. Set up

We clean your list, find new prospects that fit, check consent, write the messages with you, and connect replies to your calendar and CRM.

  3. We run it

We send in small batches, handle replies and opt-outs, tune the targeting, and report what booked. Run it once, or keep it going.

Questions, answered.

Who can you message?

Past customers and people who asked about your services, within the limits of Canada's anti-spam law, plus businesses whose contact details are published for this kind of enquiry. We check every contact before anything goes out, and every message has a way to opt out.

Where do new leads come from?

Public sources such as business directories, Google Maps, permit records and company websites. Every list is checked and cleaned before anyone is contacted.

Will it feel like spam?

No. Messages go out in small batches, mention something real about the person, and sound like you. Volume stays low enough to keep it personal and keep your sending reputation healthy.

Does it follow Canada's anti-spam rules?

Yes. Outreach is built around CASL and the CRTC telemarketing rules: every message says who it is from and has a working unsubscribe, the National Do Not Call List is respected, and calls only go to people who have replied or asked to hear from you.

What if my list is a mess?

Most are. Contacts in your phone, an old spreadsheet and a CRM nobody updates is normal. Cleaning it up is part of the job.

Is this a one-off or ongoing?

Either. Some businesses run one campaign to fill a slow month. Others keep it running, so every finished job gets a check-in down the road and new prospects keep coming in.
